I always like the month of November, cooler fall weather and the promise of family Thanksgiving get-togethers. Lucy had her four-month doctor appointment, weighing in at 16lbs 6.8oz and 24.25in long. She is now starting to sit up on her own and still enjoys playing with toys in her playpen. Mandy continued her student teaching, slowly taking on more classes, up to four, which is a lot to handle. She sat in on parent/teacher conferences, a very interesting experience. It seems like the parents that really care are the ones coming in with their students, even if they're doing really well. Willow continues to like the Cars characters, having always enjoyed playing with cars, but she is now also getting into princesses. She is so quick to absorb information and vocabulary. She will soon know all the characters to every story she's ever heard. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration at Bob & Karen's.
